Go High Level Review

In today’s digital marketing space, all SEO’s require the best tools to properly carry out the task properly. When onboarding a client if you are an agency or freelancer, it’s highly critical that the client will begin to see conversations on the leads being sent to the client, otherwise they are more than likely going to stop using you for your leads service.

You will need to ensure that your website is always up to the proper standards that search engines are currently requiring. If you are even remotely familiar with digital marketing, then you will understand how much maintenance is required on an ongoing basis to keep your site performing to a high standard.

This is part where Go High level comes in and takes over. Similar to the likes of Clickfunnels & Convertri, the tool is designed to help clients create the best level of engagement for their customers so that all of the leads gained from your other types of marketing will eventually pay off.

Pricing

There are two different level accounts for Go High level, Agency Starter and Unlimited.

At the starter level, you will be able to set up 1 account for a client or for your own agency for $97 per month. This plan is recommended for small agencies or freelancers with few clients, GHL can be integrated with Mailgun and Twillio using APIs.
The step up from the starter level is the Unlimited account at $297 per month. The unlimited account has everything in the starter account, however, you can add up to as many client accounts as you would like.

The package also has a desktop app letting you use your own domain and tailor the software to work and feel as you would like it.

Each account comes with a free 14-day free trial, you know your own agency the best, however, I would recommend going for the Unlimited Agency account during the trial to gain the full experience of the tool’s benefits and you can take it from there.

Go High level Overview

Once you sign up, you will be given a login to the app which will take you to the agency dashboard. From the main dashboard you will be able to set up client accounts and for your own agency.

Clicking on the ‘add account’ tab on the top right corner will bring you to a list of pre-built snapshots (Preset templates) for many different industries (niches).

You will see that the platform has 19 unique industry sectors that you can utilize in your customer management funnel, the snapshots come pre-built with forms, landing pages, email sequences, etc. You can also start with a blank snapshot if you have a specific flow/sequence you’d like to set up in your account.

You are able to import snapshots from other Go High Level accounts that can be helpful if you work with clients in a similar industry.

Clicking the ‘Know More’ tab will open up a detailed overview of the snapshot along with a setup guide saving you time in getting your new account up and running in no time.

Once you’ve found the snapshot/template you want to use, all you have to do is follow the step by step to get up and running leads in no time.

Go High level All In One Marketing CRM

Agency CRM Built For Agencies
The first thing you should do after installing the snapshot is creating your first form. If you click on the marketing tab on the left side menu and go to ‘form builder’ you will be able to build forms for yourself and/or clients.

If you selected a snapshot that is pre-built you will see a list of pre-made forms to select from which will give you a good headstart to tailor your form to your liking.

The form builder is very user friendly and easy to use, there are drag and drop fields on the right-side panel that can be dragged to your form. You are also able to change the size and color as well as adding a Facebook pixel to capture data from visitors to the form.

Funnels

Time to head over to the ‘Funnels and Websites’ tab to build out landing pages for your client’s website to collect leads. If you have loaded in an industry snapshot (Which I would highly recommend) there are many different funnel options that can edit to suit the needs of your client.

This section of GoHighLevel can be complicated if you do not have experience building websites for yourself or more specifically for your clients. However, Go High Level provides an easy to use page builder that eliminates any need for coding and simply allowing you to utilize the drag and drop editor.

There’s a mobile editor that helps ensure your page will be responsive on all screens.

Now that your funnel has been built and the pages are live on your site it is time to check if leads have started to come in.

Next up is the ‘opportunities’ tab that shows you the position in the funnel of all of your leads, prospects, appointments, etc that have entered the funnels.

Clicking on any of the ‘opportunities’ will give you all of the details of what the potential lead has given you such as email, name, and number.

Triggers

The next section is the area where you can trigger the leads to filter through the different categories. For example, if someone fills out a request such as an audit.

You can automate Go High level to send you an email, text, etc. giving you the details of the client’s domain name and contact information. You are then able to send triggers to the campaign where you can automate responses to your client.

Campaigns

Now onto the campaigns section, where you are able to organize automation to encourage your lead to reach out to you or your client. Following the previous example of requesting an audit. You can set up automated responses to the leads email address and contact number they have opted in with.

You are able to tailor all messages to say whatever you’d like by using custom values to make each message just that little bit more personal to encourage the lead to follow up.

Once your responses are set up you can take a look at how they perform in the conversations tab

Conversations

The ‘conversation’ tab contains the correspondence between the agency and the lead. You will be able to gauge a customer’s response to the automation and tailor future responses to suit your audience and optimize your automation. You can also intervene and respond to the lead yourself allowing you to have complete control over the conversation.

Reviews

Lastly, we have the reviews section. Go High level is able to create email and text google review templates that will automatically prompt your leads and clients into leaving your business a google review.

After the reviews have been left you are able to respond to them from the Go High level dashboard.

There is a filtering option on the right-hand side so you can organize them from good/bad, the date the review was posted, etc.

Summary

Go High level is a highly powerful CRM/Customer Management Tool that will allow you to automate and track a large part of a business’s sales. From the capturing of leads to nurturing them, there is not much that GHL cannot do.

However, Go Highlevel is pricey and will take some technical know-how to learn how to fully utilize the platform. If you are an agency looking for a better infrastructure for managing your client’s conversions then I would highly recommend trying this tool and put the time and effort into learning Go High Level.

There is a 14-day free trial for all of the accounts. If you are able to take the time in learning Go Highlevel it will work wonders for your business.
